Antonis was born in Nicosia, Cyprus on May 24th 1946. He is one of the founders of the firm. He graduated from the Middle Temple Inn as Barrister-at-Law in 1970 and completed his training in 1972. For 10 years he was operating his own private firm. In 1985, he co-founded along with Efthymios A. Efthymiou the Dracos & Efthymiou law firm and worked there as a partner for more than 35 years. Antonis has also been active on other fields such as sports and communications. He served as a chairman in the Board of Cyprus Broadcast Corporation and he is an honourable council member of the European Athletics Association. Andonis was the president of the Cyprus Athletics Association for many years. Antonis retired on March 2019 after practicing law for 47 years and is now a Consultant of the firm.
Efthymios was born in Nicosia, Cyprus on December 20th 1955. He is one of the founders of the firm. He graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1980 with honours. He successfully completed his Bar in 1981 at the law office of Frixos and Hermione Markides. After operating his own firm for 3 years in 1985, he co-founded along with Antonios Gr. Dracos the Dracos & Efthymiou law firm. Efthymios has great interest in sport law and has served as a member of Supreme Court Sport Committee. Efthymiow served for many years as chairman of the Basketball Judicial Committee and until today, he serves as chairman of the Handball Judicial Committee and Badminton Judicial Committee. Efthymios has been the legal consultant for Cyprus Airways pilots and flight attendant association. He is also the vice-president of the Association of Friends of the Cyprus Museum. Andreas was born in Nicosia, Cyprus on March 2nd 1981. He graduated from the Leeds Metropolitan University (School of Law) in 2005. Having successfully completing the Bar Professional Training Course, he became a Barrister-at-Law in 2008. In 2014, he joined Dracos & Efthymiou Law Firm and today he is an active member of the litigation team. Andreas is interested in all the aspects of civil law. He speaks Greek and English fluently. Mikaella was born in Nicosia, Cyprus on August 23rd 1995. Mikaella completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in the University of Essex from which she graduated with honors in 2016 and continued with her Medical Law & Ethics LLM (Master of Laws) at the University of Edinburgh from which she graduated with honors in 2017. Her thesis was ‘‘A Critical Analysis of the Legal and Ethical Treatment of Saviour Siblings in the United Kingdom’’. Having successfully completing the Bar Professional Training Course, she became a Barrister-at-Law in 2018 and she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2018. On the same year she joined Dracos & Efthymiou Law Firm as an active member of the litigation team and she is interested in all the aspects of civil, family, contract, company and medical law. Having successfully completing the Bar Professional Training Course, she became a Barrister-at-Law in 2017. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2018. Since, she is an active member of the litigation team of the firm and she is interested in all the aspects of civil law. She speaks Greek and English fluently. She graduated with honors from the School of Law from the University of Warwick in 2016 and she completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in 2017. Having successfully completing the Bar Professional Training Course, she became Barrister-at-Law in 2018. Since September 2019, Marina is an active member of the litigation team of the firm and she is interested in all aspects of civil, family and corporate law. She speaks Greek and English fluently.
